Raise The Nob hail from Telford, but don't let that put you off - the town has many redeeming features, with Raise The Nob being two of them. They formed a couple of years ago when two of the regions leading songwriter/musicians found themselves on a similar musical wavelength and without band commitments simultaneously. Ray & Nobby had worked together several years previously but it wasnt until Y2K had been and gone that they renewed their partnership to create what became Raise The Nob.

Never a band to stand still or rest on their laurels Raise The Nob have rejected all attempts to pigeon-hole their music, although they have been labelled Hard House, Heavy Rock, Tribal, Punk & Electro at various stages of their career and have successfully managed to cross-over all such artificial labelling to carve out a unique space of their own. Their recently released fourth studio CD has received great public acclaim, prompting the band and their management to seek out even greater international recognition.
